How do I restore my purchase (I already bought the full version, but reinstalled or switched devices)?

iOS: Open the game, go to the unlock-full-version screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Sign in with the same Apple ID you used when you bought it.

Android: Reinstall the game using the same Google account, go to the unlock-full-version screen, and tap "Restore Purchases."

I switched phones and my progress is gone. What happened?

Game progress is stored on your device, and the game itself has no cloud save. If you restore a whole device from an iCloud or computer backup (or an Android system backup), your progress may come back with it. If you simply download the game on a new device, or delete and reinstall it, progress starts over. Your purchase of the full version can always be restored with "Restore Purchases" above.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google. The developer has no ability to issue refunds. Please request one directly:

Can I use a controller?

The iOS version supports MFi-certified controllers, as well as PlayStation and Xbox Bluetooth controllers.

When a controller is connected, the on-screen touch buttons hide automatically and come back when you disconnect it. To always show or always hide them, go to Settings and change "Touch buttons" from "Auto" to "On" or "Off".

How do I play on a TV? (TV mode)

The iOS version supports TV mode. When your iPhone or iPad is connected to an Apple TV (or to a TV or external display with an adapter cable), the game fills the TV screen and your device shows a status panel.

1. Pair a Bluetooth controller with your iPhone or iPad.
2. Open Heroes Unite.
3. Open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring, and choose your Apple TV. If you're using a cable, just plug it in.
4. The game moves to the TV. Pick up the controller and play.
5. To go back to your device, tap Stop Mirroring in Control Center (or unplug the cable). The game returns to your device screen without losing any progress.

Good to know:

• TV mode requires a controller; there are no touch controls on the TV. If no controller is connected, the TV shows "Please connect a controller" and the game pauses. Connect one and you can carry on right away.
• Sound plays through the TV.
• Two controllers let two players team up on the TV: the first controller is Player 1, and pressing Attack on the second one joins as Player 2.
• If the TV connects or disconnects during a battle, the game pauses automatically so you can get settled before continuing.

Can I switch heroes during a battle?

Yes. Pause the game and choose "Switch Hero" from the pause menu. Your new hero steps in right where you were, and you go straight back into the same battle. Health carries over as a percentage (half health stays half health), and you keep your strategy cards and your ultimate gauge (虎魂). Anything you were holding, including a tech weapon, drops to the ground so you can pick it up again.

When you're defeated, you can also choose to switch heroes and then continue. The usual continue rules apply (that stage's score is reduced and the rank is capped at B).

In co-op, only Player 1 can switch, and Player 2's current hero can't be picked.

The sound is too loud. How do I mute it?

There's a mute button in the top-right corner of the game screen; tap it to turn off sound effects and music. The iOS version also respects your device's physical mute switch.

Can I play without signing in to Game Center?

Yes. Game Center only affects leaderboards and achievements; not signing in has no effect on normal gameplay.

購入を復元するには？（完全版を購入済みで、機種変更や再インストールをした場合）

iOS：ゲームを起動して完全版の解放画面を開き、「購入を復元」をタップします。購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインすれば完了です。

Android：購入時と同じGoogleアカウントでゲームを再インストールし、完全版の解放画面で「購入を復元」をタップしてください。

機種変更したら、前の進行状況が消えてしまいました。

ゲームの進行状況は端末に保存されており、ゲーム自体にはクラウドセーブ機能がありません。iCloudバックアップやコンピュータへのバックアップから古い端末をまるごと新しい端末に復元した場合（Androidのシステムバックアップからの復元も同様）、進行状況も一緒に戻ることがあります。新しい端末に直接ダウンロードした場合や、アプリを削除して再インストールした場合は、最初からのプレイになります。購入済みの完全版は、上記の「購入を復元」で取り戻せます。

返金を申請するには？

コントローラーで遊べますか？

iOS版はMFi認定コントローラーのほか、PlayStationとXboxのBluetoothコントローラーにも対応しています。

コントローラーを接続すると、画面のタッチボタンは自動で非表示になり、接続を解除すると再び表示されます。常に表示したい場合や常に隠したい場合は、「設定」の「タッチボタン」を「自動」から「ON」または「OFF」に変更してください。

テレビで遊ぶには？（テレビモード）

iOS版はテレビモードに対応しています。iPhoneやiPadをApple TVにつなぐと（変換ケーブルでテレビや外部ディスプレイにつないだ場合も同様）、ゲームがテレビ画面いっぱいに表示され、端末の画面はステータス表示に切り替わります。

1. コントローラーをBluetoothでiPhoneまたはiPadに接続します。
2. 「群英破陣」を起動します。
3. 「コントロールセンター」を開いて「画面ミラーリング」をタップし、お使いのApple TVを選びます。ケーブルの場合は差し込むだけでOKです。
4. ゲーム画面がテレビに移ったら、コントローラーで遊べます。
5. 端末の画面に戻すときは、「コントロールセンター」で「ミラーリングを停止」をタップします（ケーブルの場合は抜くだけ）。ゲームは端末の画面に戻り、進行状況もそのまま続きます。

ご注意：

• テレビモードで遊ぶにはコントローラーが必要です。テレビ画面ではタッチ操作はできません。コントローラーが接続されていないと、テレビ画面の上部に「コントローラーを接続してください」と表示され、ゲームは一時停止します。接続すればすぐに再開できます。
• 音声はテレビから流れます。
• コントローラーが2台あれば、テレビで2人協力プレイができます。1台目が1P、2台目で攻撃ボタンを押すと2Pとして参加できます。
• 戦闘中にテレビの接続・切断をすると、ゲームは自動でポーズされます。落ち着いてから再開してください。

戦闘中に武将を交代できますか？

はい、できます。戦闘中にポーズして、ポーズメニューの「武将交代」を選んでください。新しい武将がその場で登場し、同じ戦闘にそのまま戻ります。体力は今の割合のまま引き継がれ（半分なら交代後も半分）、手に入れた兵法カードと虎魂ゲージもそのまま残ります。手に持っていた道具や未来兵器は足元に落ちるので、もう一度拾えます。

敗北したときも「武将を替えてコンティニュー」を選べば、武将を交代してからその場でコンティニューできます。コンティニューのルールはいつもと同じです（そのステージのスコアは下がり、ランクは最高でもBまで）。

2人協力プレイ中に交代できるのは1Pの武将だけで、2Pが使っている武将は選べません。

音が大きすぎます。ミュートするには？

ゲーム画面の右上にミュートボタンがあり、タップすると効果音と音楽をまとめてオフにできます。iOS版は本体側面の消音モードスイッチ（着信/消音スイッチ）にも従います。

Game Centerにサインインしなくても遊べますか？

はい、遊べます。Game Centerが関係するのはランキングと実績の機能だけで、サインインしなくても通常のプレイには影響ありません。
