感謝你玩「群英破陣」。這份政策說明本遊戲如何（不）處理你的資料。簡單說：本遊戲不收集任何個人資料，也不會把任何資料傳給開發者。
遊戲進度、設定、關卡最佳評等都存在你自己的裝置上，我們不會收到，也看不到這些資料。如果你的裝置開了系統備份（例如 iPhone／iPad 的 iCloud 備份或電腦備份，或 Android 的系統備份），存檔可能會跟著整台裝置一起被備份，這部分由 Apple 或 Google 處理，適用他們各自的隱私權政策。刪除 App 時，裝置上的存檔會一併刪除。
遊戲免費下載，可以直接玩前 2 關。若要解鎖完整版（一次買斷商品），購買流程由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理，付款資料（例如信用卡號）開發者完全看不到。購買行為適用 Apple 或 Google 各自的隱私權政策：
iOS 版有排行榜與成就功能，這是由 Apple 提供的 Game Center 服務，分數與成就資料由 Apple 處理，開發者不會另外收集。你可以隨時在系統的「設定」裡關閉 Game Center。Android 版 1.0 目前沒有接 Google Play 遊戲服務，沒有排行榜與成就功能。
本遊戲不收集任何使用者的個人資料，因此也不會收集 13 歲以下兒童的任何資料。
如果這份政策有變更，我們會更新這個頁面，並修改上方標示的「最後更新日期」。

Thank you for playing Heroes Unite. This policy explains how the game does (or rather, does not) handle your data. In short: this game does not collect any personal data and does not send any data to the developer.
Game progress, settings, and your best level ratings are stored on your own device. We never receive this data and cannot see it. If your device uses a system backup (for example iCloud Backup or a computer backup on iPhone/iPad, or Android's system backup), your save data may be included in that backup. Such backups are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Deleting the app also deletes the save data stored on the device.
The game is free to download and lets you play the first 2 levels. Unlocking the full version (a one-time purchase) is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer never sees your payment details (such as your card number). Purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's own privacy policy:
The iOS version includes leaderboards and achievements through Apple's Game Center service. Scores and achievement data are handled by Apple; the developer does not separately collect this data. You can turn off Game Center anytime in your device's system settings. The Android 1.0 version does not integrate Google Play Games Services and has no leaderboards or achievements.
This game does not collect personal data from any user, and therefore does not collect any data from children under 13.

「群英破陣」をプレイしていただき、ありがとうございます。このポリシーでは、本ゲームがお客様のデータをどのように扱うか（あるいは扱わないか）をご説明します。要点を言えば、本ゲームは個人情報を一切収集せず、開発者にデータを送信することもありません。
ゲームの進行状況、設定、各ステージの最高ランクは、お客様ご自身の端末に保存されます。開発者がこれらのデータを受け取ったり、見たりすることはありません。端末のシステムバックアップ（iPhone／iPadのiCloudバックアップやコンピュータへのバックアップ、Androidのシステムバックアップなど）を有効にしている場合、セーブデータが端末全体と一緒にバックアップされることがあります。このバックアップはAppleまたはGoogleが取り扱い、各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のセーブデータも削除されます。
本ゲームは無料でダウンロードでき、最初の2ステージをそのまま遊べます。完全版（買い切りの商品）を購入する際の手続きはApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが行い、支払い情報（クレジットカード番号など）を開発者が見ることは一切ありません。購入には、AppleまたはGoogleそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
iOS版には、Appleが提供するGame Centerによるランキングと実績の機能があります。スコアや実績のデータはAppleが取り扱い、開発者が別途収集することはありません。Game Centerは端末の「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。Android版1.0は現在Google Play ゲームサービスに対応しておらず、ランキングと実績の機能はありません。
本ゲームはどのユーザーからも個人情報を収集しないため、13歳未満のお子様の情報を収集することもありません。
